Vishal has been investing in early to mid-stage investment opportunities across Europe, the USA and in India for over ten years. He gained investment management experience at Atlas Venture (US$ 2.5bn under management), The Wellcome Trust (one of the world’s largest medical foundations with an endowment of £ 13bn) and at a series of investment ventures including Westbridge Associates (UK) and Ivy Lane Capital (UK and Mauritius). Prior to entering the investment business, Vishal qualified in medicine and obtained postgraduate training in Oxford and London as a Rhodes Scholar (1995-1998).

Daniel is an experienced investor and entrepreneur based in London . As a fund manager he has worked at HBM Partners (Zurich, Switzerland), Dresdner Kleinwort, and MVM (both London, UK). His entrepreneurial activities have included co-founding Gendaq Ltd in 1998 which was acquired by Sangamo Biosciences in 2001. He has served on many company boards, in the US, UK and France.

Robert specialises in private asset management and has an active interest in Energy and Commodities sectors. In 2003 he became Chairman & CEO of Cyprotex PLC in the UK. In 2000 Robert was a founder member of Thalassa Capital Management, San Francisco, prior to which he worked at Shire PLC as Director of Business Development for Europe and Asia.

Puneet is  Chartered Accountant with over 21 years of experience in Capital Markets, Mergers & Acquisitions, Structured & Corporate Finance in India. Prior to joining RAIM he held Group CFO position in a North India based Mutual Fund, Investment Advisory and Brokerage Business prior to which he was Finance Director of Crew BOS Products Limited, a leading fashion accessories company in India.

Col. Sunil Kumar, SC

Colonel Sunil Kumar is a graduate of the National Defence Academy and MBA( HR) from Symbiosis, Pune . Prior to joining RAIM Advisors* he commanded a large force, with varied experience over 21 years in military operations, strategic planning, training & development, recruitment, welfare and administrative activities/logistic support. He has represented the Indian Army as Deputy Delegation Leader to China. He has received two National Awards as a mark of recognition for distinguished Service.

Sunil is an active member of the All India Management Association, Delhi Management Association, Indian Society for Training & Development and an associate member of the Indian Institute of Public Administration.

Jemima Johnstone

Following a BA from Oxford University, Jemima has worked across the government, commercial and not-for-profit sectors, specialising in corporate governance and communications, partnership building and strategic development. Jemima manages Investor Relations and HR at the UK offices of Radiant Capital.

Saket Mundra

Saket joined RAIM Advisors after serving as a research analyst at VCAM Investment Management, a global emerging market macro hedge fund where he gained experience in financial analysis of listed as well as unlisted companies. Prior to VCAM Saket worked at Tata Consultancy Sevices as a software engineer.

Saket holds a first class engineering degree from University of Staffordshire and has a CFA Level II qualification .

Megha Gupta

Megha joined RAIM Advisors in 2009 and focuses on Investments in India. Prior to joining RAIM Advisors, she was a Financial Analyst with Athena Demwe Power Pvt Ltd. and has in-depth knowledge of power sector. Prior to that, she was working with Evalueserve Pvt Ltd as a Senior Business Analyst and worked with clients on a variety of investment strategies and due diligence for Private Equity funds and Hedge Funds like Carlyle Group, Alegro Capital, Baring Private Equity and HG Capital.

Megha holds a bachelors degree in Maths(H) from Delhi University, and an MBA from the ICFAI Hyderabad.

Gary has several years of administrative experience in small to medium size companies. He has worked for a number of organisations across the Energy and Legal Services sector . Prior to Radiant Capital, he was a marketing executive at NASDAQ Europe.
