Senior Principal
Job Description
Key responsibility of successful candidate will be to lead deals from investment to exit ensuring the delivery of milestones of investee companies. As an active investor the fund policy is to exert influence and to oversee processes, controls and operations of each investee company and assist them in managing challenges posed by rapid growth and external change. The lead professional will work closely with the overseas team.
Desired Candidate Profile
High calibre MBA preferably from IIMs or equivalent with minimum 15-20 years of operational experience in the senior management of domestic or MNCs. P&L responsibility and a demonstrable track record in delivering targets is essential for this position. CA and/or Engineering degree will be an advantage.
VP (Transaction Support)
Job Description
VP to assist Senior Principals in all processes from due diligence to deal closure and in post transaction monitoring. VP will report the lead principal & will work with the parent fund team on India /overseas deals. Should be able to oversee the funds interests in investee companies.
Desired Candidate Profile
CA & CFA/MBA having with 10 years of experience with one of the top 4 accounting firms with exposure to due diligence, valuations, modelling and transaction processing. Should have good general understanding of company operations and accounts.
